• Data for the most recent year, if incomplete, is presented as the average of the monthly values to-date.

• If you would like to view overall totals (not by property type), visit the page "Housing overview (aggregate level)" where you can view data for more locations and going back to 1980. Note that the sum of activity by property type will not match the figures in the aggregate level analysis as CREA performs some clean-up for unusual items, properties that are more commercial than residential, etc.
